The Department Of Education has advised that schools in counties covered by a Status Red and Status Orange level weather warnings should not open tomorrow. At the moment a Status Red warning is in place for Cork, Kerry and Clare. A status orange warning is in place for Limerick, Waterford, Wexford, Galway, and Mayo.
It is essential that if you are in any of the listed counties that you do not travel tomorrow and adhere to the department advice. Because this will impact on a significant number of our students, exams that our scheduled for tomorrow will be moved to Wednesday and a revised exam timetable will be published, please check Teams. This weather warning will also impact on our staffing and so, as we are in the middle of our Christmas exams, students who attend school tomorrow will be offered supervised study only during the school day. Please continue to check the school website for updates. Thank you for your cooperation as always. Please stay safe.
